By submitting a request form on charlottelifttrucks.com and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Charlotte Lift Trucks and up to two participating independent local service providers regarding your equipment request. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Confirmation that your equipment request was received
- Follow-up from Charlotte Lift Trucks regarding your request
- Contact from matched independent local service providers regarding your equipment needs
- Quotes, availability updates, or scheduling information
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your request and provider follow-up. You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry from Charlotte Lift Trucks and its participating providers combined. You will not be enrolled in any recurring marketing SMS program without separate explicit consent.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive
- Emailing us at hello@charlottelifttrucks.com with the subject "SMS Opt Out"
- Calling us at (704) 897-7605
After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from Charlotte Lift Trucks. Note that you may need to separately opt out from any participating service providers who contacted you directly.

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Charlotte Lift Trucks is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS. Charlotte Lift Trucks does not guarantee message delivery across all carriers.
8. Third-Party Provider Texting Disclosure
When your request is matched with an independent local service provider, that provider may contact you directly via text message using their own systems. Charlotte Lift Trucks is not responsible for the content, frequency, or practices of text communications sent by independent third-party providers. To opt out of messages from a specific provider, contact that provider directly.
9. TCPA Compliance
Charlotte Lift Trucks complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain express written consent before sending automated text messages. Your consent is documented at the time of form submission including the date, time, and content of the consent language presented.
By submitting our web form you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the consent language stating: "By submitting this form you agree to be contacted by Charlotte Lift Trucks and up to two local service providers regarding your request via phone call, text message or email including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
10. No Purchase Required
Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of receiving our lead matching service, obtaining a quote, or purchasing any product or service from a participating provider.
11. Privacy
Your phone number will not be sold to third-party marketers or data brokers. It will only be shared with up to two participating independent service providers for the purpose of fulfilling your equipment request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
